Inkes Lukman was born in Jakarta in 1967, graduated with an Electrical Engineering degree from Trisakti University, and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Melbourne, Australia. He then joined Allianz Life Indonesia in 2002 as GM, Head of EB Sales of PT Asuransi Allianz LIFE Indonesia until 2017 with the last position as Sales Director of PT Asuransi Allianz Utama Indonesia.
He also holds various insurance certificates: AAIJ, AAAIK, AAAK, FLMI, ACS, CPLHI, and QIP. Since 2016, he has obtained the title of Insurance Company Risk Management Expert (Ahli Manajemen Risiko Perusahaan Perasuransian) (AMRP) and he is still actively participating in various national and international seminars, training, and workshops.
In 2018, He joined PT MNC Asuransi Indonesia as an independent commissioner
Born on 1967 in Jakarta, Josh Hidayat graduated from Universitas Kristen Indonesia on 1989 majoring in Economics and Management.
He started his career in PT. Duta Sewu Raya Insurance broker on 1989.
He is an experience professional Leader, spent his professional career as an executive for more than 30 years in many well-known Global Insurance Brokers such as AON, Marsh, Willis. He has very good knowledge of various insurance products, has a passion for business development, client focus oriented, good networking with the Insurance Industry which will be bring added value to the company.

Graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia, he started his career by joining PT Zurich Insurance Indonesia in 1992 as an Underwriting Staff. Having more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry with good performance, in 2011 he was appointed as Director until 2020.
In mid-2021, he joined PT MNC Asuransi Indonesia as President Director and concurrently as Compliance Director. With his vast experience, he was given the task of leading MNC Insurance to become the largest digital-based insurance company in Indonesia.
In 2022 he was appointed by the MNC Group and approved by the Financial Services Authority as a commissioner of MNC Insurance Broker to encourage the company to become an Insurance Broker company that has insurance products and innovative also relevant technology for the needs of the people in Indonesia.
Mrs. Eka Listiani Kartono completed her highest education as a Doctor in Business Management major with Cum Laude distinction.
She commenced her career in a public accounting firm before venturing into general insurance industry. Subsequently, she held a position in the banking sector as the SVP – Business Management Head - Treasury & Financial Institution Division from 2005 to 2010 at PT Bank Danamon Tbk.
She then served as a Director at PT Asuransi Bina Dana Arta Tbk from 2010 to 2018 before joining PT MNC Asuransi Indonesia as a Director in 2019, where she continues to serve until now.
Began his career in the General Insurance Industry since 2001 as Underwriter Program after graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Diponegoro in same year.
He Obtained The Senior Associate Level of The Australian New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) in 2013. He also certified as Indonesian General Insurance Expert (AAIK - Ahli Asuransi Indonesia Kerugian) from Indonesian Insurance Institute (Assosiasi Ahli Manajemen Asuransi Indonesia – AAMAI) in 2008 including highest Risk Management Certification for his roles and others certification professional training in insurance sector.
He having more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry with good performance including 12 years experiences in Joint Venture Insurance Company such as MSIG, Zurich, ACE, Chubb by handling multi roles as Associate Director and/or Vice President (VP) in Technical Insurance and its Operation including Insurance Product Development as well Portfolio Management.
In April 2022, he joined PT MNC Asuransi Indonesia and approved by the Financial Services Authority as Technical Director in June 2022.
